Our residential pest control service provides protection against a wide variety of pest including, roaches, spiders, ants, beetles, rodents, fleas, ticks and many more. We offer interior and exterior service and call to schedule with the customer each time the routine service is due. On the exterior we sweep down cobwebs and treat any wasp nest, we apply a barrier treatment to the flowerbeds and base of the house, we also treat weep holes, windows, door thresholds, and any other hotspots or areas of entry for pests. On the interior we treat the baseboards, window tracks, around plumbing areas and other areas prone to pest activity. The majority of our residential accounts are serviced on a bi-monthly (every other month) basis. However we can provide service on a monthly or quarterly frequency if requested. Our goal is to provide a safe, effective service at a reasonable price. Our average residential service usually takes about an hour. The initial service and infestations usually require more time.
